Choose the Right Food for Your Body Type
So let’s discuss “food”. Problem! Our food is not what it used to be! Our soil is fertilized with chemicals, our animals graze on it, or eat man-made “food”, our water has plastics in it!
We need more nutrition than we’ll ever get from “food”!
Every society had an answer to the sickness that resulted from bad food. PLANTS were our first medicine! They would dig it out of the ground, scrape it off the tree, pluck it off the bush, and use it to heal whatever the ailment. Medicine was originally PLANTS. If food can’t heal us - plants will. Problem is, they taste bad. And their use has changed over the years. First, we extracted the active ingredient from the plant. It was concentrated medicine.
Then we copied the active ingredient. We created an exact scientific chemical composition. That became our medicine. Valerian Root became Valium.
But medicine created from plants vs medicine created from petrochemicals manifested another problem…side effects! Side effects that sometimes brought on a worsened condition than we were trying to “treat”. Psychiatric drugs that warned of suicide as a possible side effect!
So now, I will explain another a-ha! moment in my career.
God’s little workers, made by the DNA of every living cell. Little proteins with BIG answers.
Without enzymes there would be no life. Without enzymes, we couldn’t see, hear, think, walk, talk or grow. Without enzymes we couldn’t digest our food.
Without enzymes we couldn’t extract the healing elements of plants.

You will be adding plant enzymes to your food choices. The next question is – what food choices? Generally, there are three regimens that assist people with their personal digestive difficulties. One assists those with carbohydrate intolerance. The next assists those with protein and fat intolerance. The third type has difficulty with all three food groups, because the individual does not digest protein, fat, or carbohydrates due to too little or too much HCl production.
In addition to these considerations, prolonged digestive problems may manifest as headaches, gas and bloating, stiff sore joints, acid reflux, constipation or diarrhea, anxiety, depression, or insomnia.
