We are often asked this question at the initial appointment, because people are used to taking supplements that have no apparent effect. When you leave our office after your first visit, you will be equipped to monitor your own progress. You will have a copy of the Body Map, with pertinent “points” to check daily, weekly, or whenever you think of it.
For example, we often see someone hold their shoulders and stretch their neck. We immediately know that they are experiencing stress, and this person is burning off essential fatty acids in an effort to meet the challenge. If they check their Body Map, they will find that this “Universal Stress Point” can be calmed down by taking a dry essential fatty acid. In the Loomis World, taking Loomis Enzymes #8 would alleviate this physical discomfort - usually within the hour - because there are enzymes in each capsule that immediately deliver nutrients to a deficient system. Another way to monitor progress is to keep a copy of the Signs and Symptoms form, and occasionally review the responses in the document. Some symptoms you won’t even remember having - guaranteed!
